I am in the company from  12 Oct 2017  . I took internal transfer from Danat Jebel dhanna to Danat Al Ain Resort  .

Danat Al Ain has 196 Rooms ,20 Villas and also  has 8 F&B Outlets :

 

• Arabesque – All Day Dinning Restaurant
• Tanjore – Indian  Cuisine
• Luce – Italian Restaurant
• Mc Getttigans –– Bar
• Arabesque Lounge  –Shisha & food Lounge
• Tea Lounge – Lobby Lounge
• Oasis Pool bar 
• Shooters – Lounge
• Room Dinning
• Banquet rooms with 1000 pax capacity and 5 meeting rooms

Currently we have quarantine business , long staying guests, fixed daily outdoor catering , outlets on Talebat delivery and other F&B outlets for walk-ins ( Arabesque, MCG, Pool bar , shooters )

At Danat Alain Resort:

1. Twice hosted Chaîne des Rôtisseurs events
2. Marketing plan for  different quarters
3. Kitchen and stewarding promotions and developed succession plans  for future
4. Maintain Budgeted Food Cost
5. Introduced different food concepts
6. Training to Kitchen staff on different cooking techniques.
