I was responsible for the efficient running of the Kitchen in line with Jumeirah standards .As the chef in charge of the 2 restaurant, I directly report to Ex Sous chef. Shimmers being one of the highest revenue making outlet of Madinat Jumeirah, I ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items according to hotel recipes and standards.I was fully responsible for maintaining proper staffing and scheduling in accordance to productivity guidelines.
