Position Head Chef :

At Saadiyat beach club, Abu Dhabi I was internally transferred by Company from KOI to Monto Carlo beach Club on July 2015, where I was responsible for Re-branding and developing and implementing policies and procedures for smooth operations and food safety. My main duty was to create and Implement the menus for the 3 outlets in line with corporate standards of TDIC F&B co, selecting the right products for each outlet, setting up the kitchens for a successful opening. That we are up and running, I handled 3 F&B Outlets and Banqueting with team of talents and responsible for their operational, administrative and there growth aspects, including managing food cost, hands on training, creating new menus, scheduling marketing plans, looking for new products, checking daily standards to ensure our guests have a memorable experience while dining with us. Started BBQ Concept brunch with 100 % success rate and been nominated in best brunches in Abu Dhabi.
