Collating my varied, yet relevant experiences acquired over time, through employment in various prestigious establishments, through extensive educational instruction and qualifications from London and with Pre opening experiences, is indicative of my abilities to undertake and perform in capacities, ranging from core culinary to supervisory levels, My management style is hands on, results orientated, innovative, with a constant focus on maintaining costs. I have done rebranding, pre-opening and opening of hotel, restaurants and beach clubs. I am highly personable, with strong people skills and talents in training and relationship building. Going forward I wish to continue this momentum and high energy and wish to channdise the same back in to mainline work.
