I was  responsible for 2 properties : Danat Jebel Dhanna resort  ( 5 Star ) and  Dhafra beach Hotel  ( 3 Star ).

Handling  3 outlets, 2 bars, Lobby Lounge, Gazebo ,   beach  & pool service ,  135 Keys in Danat Hotel , 60 keys in Dhafra hotel  and staff cafeteria .

As Executive chef, I am responsible for maintaining food cost, yearly marketing plans, Quarterly promotions plans & Budgets, Hiring and succession plan for talents and 100% food safety.

Till Date:

1. Achieved A Grade in the Abu Dhabi food Municipality for the first time for the hotel
2. I have done 5 Chefs tables
3. Media and bloggers events
4. Marketing plan for different quarters
5. Kitchen and stewarding promotions and developed succession plans  for future
6. Maintain Budgeted Food Cost
7. Introduced different food concepts
8. Training to Kitchen staff on different cooking techniques.
9. Develop and maintain chef garden
