I was the chef in charge of the Fish Restaurant, which is the company signature restaurant, where I was full responsible, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently in the restaurant. As it is a specialty with show kitchen restaurant with the selection of fresh sea food displayed, cooked according to the taste of the guest and work up to the highest standards. I have also worked in kitchen and Fire Restaurant for first 6 months, assistant to the Executive Sous chef with menu planning, capex, inventory and managing of others outlets.
